Vihtavuori’s 3N38 powder is designed especially for competitive handgun shooting with high-velocity loads in 9 mm and .40 S&W cartridges. Worth the price
For me what is the best quality of this power is its consistency in charging weight, load to load. Burns clean, little/no residual powder. Highly recommended.
