30-Day Return Policy

At ReloadingEverything.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy before requesting a return.

Eligible Returns

ReloadingEverything.com accepts returns on most merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided that the item:

  • Is unused, unaltered, and in new, resalable condition.
  • Is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.
  • Includes all original manuals, instructions, accessories, hardware, and any other materials included with the product.
  • Has not been assembled, installed, modified, or used.
  • Is accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by ReloadingEverything.com.

Returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.

Reloading Equipment Returns

Due to the nature of reloading equipment, items such as presses, dies, measuring devices, case preparation tools, and other equipment must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Items that have been assembled, installed, modified, adjusted, used, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return unless the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect.

Defective Merchandise

If you believe a product is defective, please contact us with a detailed description of the issue. We will assist you in determining the appropriate resolution.

If a return is authorized, the item must be returned with the issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All claimed defects are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.

Products determined to have a verified manufacturing defect will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty and warranty procedures.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, legal, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Smokeless powder.
  • Primers.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Any product containing liquids that has been opened.
  • Any item that has been used, altered, installed, damaged through misuse, or is not in new, resalable condition.

ReloadingEverything.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return Policy and cannot be canceled.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellation once order processing or fulfillment has begun.

Return Authorization Process

To request a return, please contact us before shipping any merchandise.

Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions, including an RMA number if approved.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of an error by ReloadingEverything.com or a verified defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance. ReloadingEverything.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipment.

Inspection and Refunds

All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt.

Once a return has been approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Refunds may be reduced by any applicable shipping charges or fees.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions of this policy, the return may be denied and the merchandise may be returned to the customer.

Exceptions and Additional Restrictions

ReloadingEverything.com operates in alignment with our returns policy, values, and commitment to customer service. We inspect all returned products and reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.

Additional restrictions may apply based on product type, manufacturer requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.

Tax-Exempt Customers

Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid Sales/Use Tax Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate before placing an order.

Sales tax will be collected on orders until the required documentation has been received and approved.

ReloadingEverything.com is unable to refund sales tax collected on orders placed prior to receiving and approving the required exemption documentation, as we are required by law to collect applicable sales tax at the rate effective when the order is processed.
